The Munich beer festival (Oktoberfest) is the best known attraction for visitors to this beautiful city, although there is more than enough activity in Munich to amuse tourists outside of this time of year! Consistently voted the most desirable German city to live in, Munich is teeming with cultural distractions, historical activities, gastronomic delights and a club and bar scene second to none in Europe.
