A beautiful family villa. The villa is in its own large gardens and has a beautiful private swimming pool surrounded by terracing. The property is on 2 levels each with its own kitchen and living room. The upper level has 2 bedrooms (can be twins or doubles) a large bathroom with shower and bath and WC, there is also a further toilet room. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, a twin (2 x single beds) a kingsize or 2 singles and a smaller bedroom with a single bed and room for a foldaway bed. A cot is available. The villa has A/C and fans throughout as well as central heating.

Just 5 minutes drive west of the attrative port town of Moraira and only 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach. From the upper terrace there is a view of the sea. In a quiet residential area yet only moments away from golf courses, restaurants, watersports, nightlife etc A truly wonderful location.
