Presenting airy accommodation, the holiday home accepts the visitors in a well-arranged kitchen equipped with Cookware & Kitchen Utensils, cupboard, and oven, a large lounge zone and beautifully decorated bathroom, equipped with vanity cupboard, bathtub, and Towels. The attractive furnished apartment, which is giving plenty of recreational chances, is situated in the downtown area of Rome where are available different places of interest. The Botticelli flat is presenting to the visitors a very special sleeping place, that shall present them with the services they need during your stay in Rome.

Arrival details: 1 – Please call us upon arrival to the number (0039) 347 957 7179 to schedule an appointment with one of our staff members in our office.2 – According to the Italian Law, it is required that you bring photocopies made of the passports or ID cards if European citizen for every person staying in the apartment (Italian Law).3- Total amount in Euros is payable upon arrival at the office. At the time of check-in we will require credit card guarantee for damages done to the apartment during the time of stay.4 – We would appreciate if only one or two people come up to the office with the photocopies and cash (there are residents in the building so please be considerate with the noise). This will make the check-in faster and easier.5 – The Office is in Via Torino 135. Ring buzz “ApartmentsApart” . Once entered, please go to the RIGHT STAIRS “A” right beside the metal bars and up to the 1st floor.CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT HOURS: The check-in takes place in our office and is possible from 15:00 onwards. Latest check out is at 11:00. Arrivals to the office after 21:00 will be subject to a check-in fee of 25 Euro (after midnight the fee will be 35 Euro). The fee will be waved if you have the taxi pick-up service arranged through our company. In such cases you will be taken directly to the apartment, and the next day you will be asked to come to our office at 10:00 AM to make the payments. It is vital that we are informed of your approximate arrival time in Rome.During your check in you: a) fill in our guest form, b) facilitate the payment c) receive your keys and a map with instructions on how to get to your apartment.
