This is a normal amsterdam house in a building build around 1985. for the people who like to cook for themselves; there is a new oven, stove and microwave and it’s got a dishwasher, so you don’t have to worry about who is doing the dishes.
it’s situated on the 1st floor with balcony and a terrace on the backside.
1 bedroom with double bed for 2 persons and 2 persons can sleep in the livingroom. (1 on the couch and one on a stretch bed) a bathroom and seperate toilet.
The property rate is for 2 persons!!

My appartment is situated in an upcoming neighbourhood in amsterdam east side. walking distance to the Flevo parc, this is a parc which is one of the parcs that is not made by men, it has still got a lot of wild animals in this parc. Walking distance to the Artis Zoo, Dappermarket, Tropen Museum. And cultural/film house Studio K, good, local and trendy restaurants. good public transportation to the centre of Amsterdam (10 minutes with tram or train)
