Santa Croce 2 is in the most sought after area of the historic center, Piazza Santa Croce, just 3min walk to the Duomo, Piazza Signoria and Lungarno. On the third floor of a 12th century building, large fully air conditioned, quiet, very tastefully furnished and fully restored to high standards. A fabulous, quiet and very characteristic street located directly in front of the famous Piazza. This historic palace has only 2 other occupants. The apartment is located on the third floor and has a beautiful large windows on both sides, views of the rooftops of Florence, the steeple of the Duomo and the tower of Palazzo Vecchio and everything is within walking distance. The apartment has large bedrooms and high ceilings, every detail and care has been taken to bring the original beauty back. Furnished with Tuscan style furniture and all the modern comforts, the Apartment features living/dining room with l kitchen, Sat TV – a bathroom with shower and bath tub, WC and washbasin. Another door leads to a large double bedroom, a second door off the living room the second double bedroom. There is a single sofa bed in the living room.

Close to museums, parking, bus stop, trains etc. Piazza Santa Croce is famous for its reputation as one of Florence's most beautiful Piazzas. There are also the tombs of the famous artist Michelangelo and the poet Dante in the church, behind which there are also beautiful gardens. The Piazza is surrounded by beautiful buildings dating back to the 12th Century, cafes and restaurants. It is a popular spot for the Florentines to relax in the sun on the stone benches and read a newspaper and for children to run chasing the pigeons across the Piazza.
