The fully-equipped stylish kitchen allows the worst cook to practice the skills of food preparation, or to simply open a bottle of wine. The enormous dining table (5 meters long) invites you to enjoy an unforgettable dinner, read the paper, play your favourite game, have a relaxed meeting or an endless chat with your partner at the other end.

Have a little nap, chill out, watch TV or a DVD, listen to the radio, play a CD or enjoy your own favourite music (MPEG player connection) – all are possible in the spacious but cosy, patio-like sitting area.

Supermarkets, boutiques, coffeeshops and many other stores are literally around the corner. You will probably never need the tram stop or taxis at the corner of the street.
