Description

This two-storey villa is located within private fenced grounds including lawn, flowers, and a private swimming pool (10m x 5m, 0.5-2m deep). Attached to the villa there are two terraces, each 20 m2. One faces southwest and one faces northeast. They are equipped with terrace furniture and a barbecue for outdoor dining. The villa has a nice view of the sea and the countryside. There is also an outdoor pool house with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Fenced private parking is available for two cars. Ground Floor: This villa opens into a combination living/dining area including cable TV, VCR, CD player, stereo, DVD player, and access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with cook top, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. On this floor there is one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-size bed and a bathroom with a WC and tub with fixed showerhead. It also has access to a balcony. Lower Ground Floor: Downstairs there are three more bedrooms. The first has a 140 cm standard double bed, TV, stereo, access to the garden, and a bathroom with a tub and WC. The second bedroom has a 140 cm standard double bed, TV, stereo, garden access, and a bathroom with a tub and WC. The third bedroom has a 140 cm standard double bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC.

Area Description

This villa is located on top of a hill, just 200 meters from the center of La Napoule and 300 meters from the sea. Just southwest of Cannes, La Napoule is a resort town with ample opportunities for water sports and golfing. However, the town in itself is attractive. There is a beautiful castle, restored in 1919 and now serving as an art museum. The San Peyre trail is great for walkers: you can meander through gardens and Roman ruins along your way. Above the town rises the Massif du Tanneron, where you can find over 20 km of hiking paths. Nearby Cannes is, of course, famed for its annual film festival, but with its location on the French Riviera it has much more to offer than that! It is beloved for its gorgeous sandy beaches as well as a dedication to the arts. The city is also easy to reach, as it sits directly on the main rail line from Italy to Marseille and is served by the TGV, France's high-speed train. Shuttles to the international airport in Nice run every half hour during the day. Other places in the area to visit include Monte Carlo, Nice, and St. Tropez, but there are also some other smaller places that are worth a stop. Antibes was briefly the home of Napoleon and his family, and here you will find a naval museum as well as the star-shaped Fort Carre and a Provencal market. Grasse is well known as the perfume capital of the world, while St. Paul is both a picturesque hill town and the location of Fondation Maeght, the famed modern art museum. So take your time... explore the area!
