Neptune is above road level, and there are approximately 30 stairs from street level up to the house.

Open plan to dining area, luxuriously furnished with two large sofas, an ottoman and French chairs. Entertainment includes, plasma TV screen, video, multi channel satellite and music system, there are amazing sea & mountain views and side access to alfresco dining area.

Magnificent solid oak hand finished painted kitchen fully equipped, offering dishwasher, microwave, oven & hob, fridge and double sink, washing machine and tumbler drier, Oak cabinet with glass doors, Separate butchers block and it opens onto charming courtyard .

Spacious and luxurious and offers a king sized bateau bed, flat screen TV, a large en-suite bathroom with freestanding Victorian bath, large shower, built in wardrobes and fabulous sea views and Twelve Apostles. The Main Bathroom is spacious and en-suite to main bedroom and offers a large shower, Victorian bath, single basin and build in cupboards.

French doors to a lovely courtyard and pool area situated on lower level. There is a newly built pool and wooden deck with sun loungers, garden table and chairs. There is a sunny scented garden with white roses and lavender and a small garden room equipped with fridge and crockery for outdoor use. There is stairs to access house, barbeque facilities, stunning views of the Atlantic ocean, Twelve Apostles and Camps Bay beach.

Neptune is perfectly placed less than a 5 minute stroll from Campsbay beachfront offering up-market wine bars, famous restaurants and boutique style shopping.
