By accessing Short-Stay-Homes Ltd (SSH Ltd) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The terms constitute a legally binding contract between SSH Ltd and the user.

SSH Ltd is not a party to any rental agreement. SSH Ltd does not own any of the properties offered there-in for rental. Any contract is between “owners” and “renters”. SSH Ltd may facilitate the rental agreement between owners and renters by offering a number of services including the collecting of rental amounts.
“Owners” are responsible for offering properties with the appropriate safety requirements as defined by the country in which the property is located. The accuracy of the descriptions is the responsibility of the owners.
Methods of Payment
There are two ways in which “owners” can advertise their properties on the SSH Ltd website.
- By paying a fixed annual listing fee. Where upon the “owner” is responsible for collecting the money from the “renter”
- By agreeing that SSH Ltd to list their properties on the website and then SSH Ltd will take the rental amounts due and pass on the agreed sum to the “owner”
In neither of these methods is SSH Ltd a party to the contract between the “owner” and the “renter”
No “owner” may solicit funds through any instant wire transfer such as Western Union or Moneygram. Any breach will result in the immediate removal of the “owner” from the website with no return of any fee paid.
Payment for Listings must be made in US Dollars by Credit Card. Visa and Mastercard only.
Substitution
Any property offered for rent may not be substituted. Each offering can only be made for the one property.
Copyright and Reproduction
The website is copyright. You may not copy any of the content without the express permission of SSH Ltd.
We reserve the right to change or restrict access to any part of the website without reference to the “owner” or the “renter”.
If you allow access to your personal section of the SSH Ltd website by disclosing your method of entry to the website to a third party you will take responsibility for their actions.
By submitting text and photographs you agree to you have acquired the copyright from the owners and that you grant SSH Ltd the unreserved right to reproduce them irrevocably worldwide without royalty.
Limited Liability
SSH Ltd cannot be held responsible for any Loss of Profits or any consequential Loss or Punitive Damages arising from the use of the SSH Ltd website. This limitation applies from whatever source the Damages.
We make no representations that the content of the website is accurate or free of error or that the properties offered by the “owners” are fit for purpose.
You agree that these terms and conditions will be governed by the Laws of Bermuda.
Termination
You may terminate or pause your listing at any time. However once the term of the rental is established there can be no refund of the listing fee.
