    Where and when do I want to go?

    In the search if for instance you want to go to Paris France for a week in October 2010 then you will select the arrival and departure dates say 15th October 2010 to 22nd October 2010 and type Paris in the “Search Box”. The system will then show you which apartments are available for your selected dates.

    You can now look through the listings of all the available properties and select the ones which interest you by price, location and by what appeals to you from the pictures.

    How much and is it available?

    Each property has an enquiry form attached to it at the foot of each page. Fill in the enquiry form and email it off to the owner of the property. They will confirm back that it is actually available for your chosen dates and they will confirm the price for your stay.

    How can I book?

    When you have made an enquiry for a property, and the owner has replied with a price with which you are happy, reply to the owner asking to book the property. An email confirming your reservation at the price agreed will be sent to you and a new booking will appear under bookings in your account.

    Go to the booking in your account, and select pay. Once payment has been successfully taken, an email confirming payment for the property will be sent to you, and the owner will be notified of your payment.

    How should I pay?

    Each booking confirmation will advise you how to pay. It will usually be by Visa or Mastercard and taken on behalf of the owner by Short Stay Homes. SSH will appear on your credit card statement so you can trace the payments easily.
